i have been having the hardest time getting out of bed for the last week or so... I blame it on October break. I had such good momentum, and then all of a sudden you give me a couple days off and i lose it all!

on a semi different note. today i talked on the phone with someone who was vitally important to me a year ago and isn't so much today. it got me thinking about a lot of old feelings and old ways of processing, and i realized that I can say today that I am at least 90% better than I was almost exactly a year ago.
